Scope – defining department strategy for 3 years including business planning, internal negotiations, defining principals of the department, contract negotiation and fundraising, delivering initial Proof of Concept projects in both ballet and opera.
Together with Annette Mees, Tracky set up the Audience Labs, a new department at the Royal Opera House. The Audience Labs works with innovative artists and emerging technologies to introduce ballet and opera to new audiences.
